pr\u00e9sent, malgr\u00e9 la circulation d\u2019informations sur le d\u00e9but imminent des op\u00e9rations de voyage pour traitement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a autorit\u00e9s d\u2019occupation n\u2019avaient approuv\u00e9 que cinq noms sur une liste de 27 patients et bless\u00e9s envoy\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment, en soulignant que les proc\u00e9dures actuelles restent bloqu\u00e9es et n\u2019aboutissent \u00e0 aucun d\u00e9part jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Il a ajout\u00e9 que plus de 20.000 malades et bless\u00e9s dans la bande de Gaza attendent de voyager pour recevoir des soins, avertissant que la poursuite des retards dans l\u2019\u00e9vacuation des ces patients \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9quivaut pour eux \u00e0 une condamnation \u00e0 mort\u00a0\u00bb, en raison de la d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration des conditions sanitaires et du manque de ressources m\u00e9dicales dans la bande ravag\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Al-Hout a soulign\u00e9 que le flou et l\u2019incertitude r\u00e8gnent sur la situation actuelle concernant le dossier des d\u00e9placements des malades et des bless\u00e9s, affirmant l\u2019absence de toute information pr\u00e9cise sur les m\u00e9canismes d\u2019ex\u00e9cution ou les d\u00e9lais pr\u00e9vus.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">De son c\u00f4t\u00e9, le minist\u00e8re de la Sant\u00e9 \u00e0 Gaza a confirm\u00e9 qu\u2019aucun patient n\u2019a encore \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 voyager via le point de passage de Rafah, pr\u00e9cisant dans une br\u00e8ve d\u00e9claration qu\u2019il n\u2019avait re\u00e7u aucun d\u00e9tail nouveau concernant ce dossier.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Dans le m\u00eame contexte, le porte-parole du Croissant-Rouge palestinien \u00e0 Gaza, Raed al-Nammous, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 qu&rsquo; \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 ce jour, nous n\u2019avons re\u00e7u aucune information ou d\u00e9tail concernant l\u2019\u00e9vacuation de patients ou de bless\u00e9s du secteur via le passage de Rafah\u00a0\u00bb.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Cela survient alors que le secteur de la sant\u00e9 \u00e0 Gaza fait face \u00e0 des conditions catastrophiques en raison du blocus et des attaques continues contre les installations m\u00e9dicales, au milieu de demandes r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9es pour faciliter de mani\u00e8re urgente le d\u00e9placement des cas critiques.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Hier, dimanche, le c\u00f4t\u00e9 palestinien du passage a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 fonctionner \u00ab\u00a0de mani\u00e8re exp\u00e9rimentale\u00a0\u00bb, apr\u00e8s plus d\u2019un an et demi de quasi-fermeture isra\u00e9lienne.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Les m\u00e9dias isra\u00e9liens ont d\u00e9clar\u00e9, ce lundi, qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9vu que 50 Palestiniens entrent \u00e0 Gaza, et que 150 patients et leurs accompagnateurs quittent pour un traitement en \u00c9gypte, sachant que les estimations officielles \u00e0 Gaza indiquent que 2. 000 patients attendent la r\u00e9ouverture du passage.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Les autorit\u00e9s d\u2019occupation \u00e9taient cens\u00e9es rouvrir le passage \u00e0 la premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape de l\u2019accord de cessez-le-feu, qui est entr\u00e9 en vigueur le 10 octobre 2025, mais elles se sont d\u00e9rob\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">La guerre d\u2019extermination isra\u00e9lienne, soutenue par les Etats Unis, a laiss\u00e9 environ 72.000 morts et plus de 171.000 bless\u00e9s dans l\u2019enclave de Gaza, dont la plupart sont des enfants et des femmes, et a caus\u00e9 des destructions touchant 90 % des infrastructures civiles.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Chaque jour, l\u2019occupation viole l\u2019accord, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 la mort de 523 Palestiniens, et emp\u00eache l\u2019entr\u00e9e des quantit\u00e9s convenues d\u2019aide humanitaire \u00e0 Gaza, o\u00f9 environ 2,4 millions de Palestiniens vivent
