Sa pr\u00e9sidente, Nili Kupfer-Naouri, ajoutait d\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision qu\u2019il est \u00ab<\/span><\/span><\/span><em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00a0absolument immoral de penser une seule seconde \u00e0 ravitailler la population civile qui est tout sauf une population innocente<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/em><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">\u00c0 la diff\u00e9rence d\u2019un mandat d\u2019arr\u00eat, un mandat d\u2019amener vise \u00e0 obtenir la comparution d\u2019une personne devant la justice, et non \u00e0 sa d\u00e9tention provisoire automatique. Ils sont, en th\u00e9orie, diffus\u00e9s sur l\u2019ensemble du territoire europ\u00e9en.
