Parmi les premi\u00e8res rencontres, les \u00e9quipes du\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Caf\u00e9-Restaurant Neapolis<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,\u00a0un lieu embl\u00e9matique o\u00f9 hospitalit\u00e9 et cuisine locale se rejoignent. L\u2019exploration se poursuit dans une \u00e9picerie traditionnelle afin d\u2019approfondir notre connaissance des \u00e9pices palestiniennes, notamment le\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Za&rsquo;atar<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">,\u00a0produit phare de la cuisine locale. Ces visites, \u00e0 la fois touristiques et enrichissantes, nous ont permis de mieux appr\u00e9hender la diversit\u00e9 et la complexit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 palestinienne.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ce voyage, alliant rencontres \u00e9conomiques et pr\u00e9paration d\u2019un \u00e9v\u00e9nement culturel majeur, s\u2019inscrit dans une dynamique de collaboration durable avec les producteurs et acteurs engag\u00e9s en\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Palestine<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">.
