France Diplomatie : Communiqu\u00e9 du 27 novembre 2024<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

La France respectera ses obligations internationales, \u00e9tant entendu que le Statut de Rome exige une pleine coop\u00e9ration avec la Cour p\u00e9nale internationale (CPI) et pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement qu\u2019un \u00c9tat ne peut \u00eatre tenu d\u2019agir d\u2019une mani\u00e8re incompatible avec ses obligations en vertu du droit international en ce qui concerne les immunit\u00e9s des \u00c9tats non parties \u00e0 la CPI. De telles immunit\u00e9s s\u2019appliquent au Premier ministre Netanyahou et aux autres ministres concern\u00e9s et devront \u00eatre prises en consid\u00e9ration si la CPI devait nous demander leur arrestation et remise.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 l\u2019amiti\u00e9 historique qui lie la France \u00e0 Isra\u00ebl, deux d\u00e9mocraties attach\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9tat de droit et au respect d\u2019une justice professionnelle et ind\u00e9pendante, la France entend continuer \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le Premier ministre Netanyahou et les autres autorit\u00e9s isra\u00e9liennes pour parvenir \u00e0 la paix et \u00e0 la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour tous au Moyen-Orient.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
